still waiting for my official acceptance - meanwhile rescheduling visa appointment - and the traps of national spelling codes
I've been cleared by Grad School
(that was yesterday).
Means my application has now been handed over to some International Somewhat Coordinator who is going to as I been told complete my application within 24hrs which should by now be over.
Means I hope to receive my final acceptance finally and finally within the next week.
Yesterday was meant to be my day off in Frankfurt to apply for my visa, but as everyone knows: no official acceptance - no DS 2019, and so I'll have to wait about two more weeks before entering the general embassy without any electronic devices and with only the purest intentions.
It's not that complicated to reschedule the appointment as it is said. You just have to call that fucking expensive hotline and be able to spell your name in English like Victor-Easy-Love. Don't you ever forget that every country has its spelling code. Just imagine what it would sound like spelling your name in German like ehm - Vogelmilch.. Ergotherapie.. Luzidität
